Mr. Slawinski is a litigator for the firm and represents clients in matters including civil litigation, business disputes and dissolution, complex commercial litigation, personal injury actions, criminal defense, municipal court matters, product liability, employment litigation, foreclosure defense, real estate, workers’ compensation, civil rights, appellate practice, disability retirement pension benefits, and general civil matters. In addition, he assists clients with the formation of businesses, preparation of corporate documents, and contract negotiations. Mr. Slawinski also oversees probate matters, property tax appeals, will preparation, and PIP arbitrations handled by our firm.
Mr. Slawinski is a graduate of the University of Vermont where he received his Bachelor of Science in 2000. He majored in microbiology and molecular genetics. Following graduation, he accepted a position with Hoffmann-La Roche Inc. as a microbiologist. In that position, he developed procedures to ensure quality control and regulatory compliance. In 2006, he received his juris doctorate from Washington University in St. Louis.
